Attention - world of warcraft patch

If players didn't have enough to do since the release of The Burning Crusade expansion for World of Warcraft , there should be no complaints now. Earlier today, Blizzard released a massive update to the highly successful MMO that will allow players to finally come face-to-face with one of the game's most fearsome enigmas, Illidan the Betrayer.

The Black Temple, located in the Shadowmoon Valley section of Outland, opens its corrupted doors to 25-man raid groups brave enough to face the tormented former Night Elf and his Twin Blades of Azzinoth. The instance promises a challenge to even the most hardened guilds, but as with any challenge, the rewards have been increased substantially as well. An involved attunement process is necessary, similar to what players need to enter Karazhan, but the quests should offer little more than a bump in the road on the way to face Illidan.

Another epic upgrade involves the introduction of new Nether Drake mounts for level 70 players who attain exalted status with the Netherwing faction of dragons. A new quest line has opened up to those who have completed the quests to attain neutral status AND have paid the requisite arm and a leg in gold to get the epic flying mount riding skill.
